Introduction:
Ryan a middle-aged man who has focused his goals and career on the important things in life like family, God and good work ethic. Ryan brings a lot of penitential to any corporation with a proven track record to succeed in any environment or situation. Ryan has the ability to multitask jobs and reports while making crucial deadlines.
Ryan found a calling in marine transportation sector in 2022 and currently holds a 100-ton master captain license and a 200-ton mate. Ryan is always continuing his education and gaining new knowledge in his field. Ryan has an associate in marine technology with wheelhouse management and graduated with honors. Ryan is always volunteering with in his community to provide support and volunteer work during community events.
Biography:
Ryan was born on November 4, 1982 in a small community hospital, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ryan was determined to be a go getter even at birth. The first weeks of life Ryan would be diagnosed with a heart defect that would require immediate surgery for survival. After months in the hospital, Ryan would finally be able to come up. Ryan’s first five years of life was brought up in shattered and broken environment, with his mother leaving him at age one and his father battling addiction and job security. This was a trouble time for Ryan and brought light on what he new how to do by age five. Ryan would clean the house make his own lunches and basically use the instinct of survival to tackle daily task.
Ryan’s father would succumb to his depression and addiction and comment suicide when Ryan was five years old. Ryan’s uncle ( his dads brother) would adopt him after his fathers suicide and raise him with his cousins as if he was his own. His uncle with a military back ground and a drill instructor for the United States Army, would give Ryan the structure and stability he needed to tackle life and mold him into the man he his today.
Ryan would join the United States Army after high school and fallow in his Uncles foots steps. This was a great adventure for Ryan, being able to travel the world and doing a job with purpose in protecting his country. After nine years of service and the military moving more towards a political movement Ryan would leave the service, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Entering the real world work force from his departure from the service, Ryan would struggle with stability. He would work several different jobs, with out finding a common ground of structure or stability. He would eventually land a job with the St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation. This was a federal employment job and many of the other employees where veterans from different branches of service. This filled Ryan’s heart because for once he finally had the stability and structure he once loved from the service.

In today’s world it seems that the work ethic is a dying breed. The advancements of technology and the incorporation of AI in today’s work forces has taken a key resource away from corporations. Ryan instills these core values in his work ethic and dedication to company agendas and policies. Ryan grew up in a humble small town nestled outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma called Coweta. By the age of 15 Ryan began to work for the Golf Club of Oklahoma as a dishwasher. It only took a couple of months and Ryan was promoted to head set up for weddings and events. This was a big title and nevertheless a huge responsibility for someone at 15 years of age. Ryan would excel at anything he did including joining the United States Army and the end of his senior year of high school. Ryan would devote nine years to his country with multiple deployments overseas and achieving the rank of staff sergeant.
Ryan departed the Army in 2011 and would later join the federal government in 2016 as a line handler for the St. Lawrence Seaway Corporation. Ryan would see that advancement and promotions would be very far and few between. Ryan would continue his education, by returning to college and getting the necessary licenses and achievements needed to be promotable. Ryans strong dedication to the corporation led to him be promoted to a small craft operator in 2022. Ryan continues to pursue his education and advancement within the corporation through strong work ethics and attention to detail.
Transportation:
Ryan brings an abundance of knowledge and experience to the transportation industry. Ryan spent nine years with the United States Army as a diesel mechanic and later a motor pool operations sergeant. Ryan in proficient in micro soft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ryan is a key leader when it comes to getting the job done. He uses past practices and procedures in ways to invent new policies with better outcomes.
In todays society safety of everyone in the workplace is a top priority. It all begins with keeping a clean work place or area. Following procedures and protocols that are designed to implement safety procedures. Ryan brings these values to any situation to the highest standards.
